Membership Cancellation Policy:

Thank you for being a valued member of The Sovereign Farms. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to make our cancellation process as transparent as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Monthly Membership Cancellation:

    • To cancel your monthly membership, we require a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to your next billing cycle.

    • A cancellation fee of $10 will be applied to your final month's membership dues.

    • No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of your current billing cycle.

  2. Yearly Membership Cancellation:

    • To cancel your yearly membership, we require a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to your renewal date.

    • A cancellation fee of $10 will be charged upon cancellation.

    • No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of your current membership period.

 

Cancellation Process:

  • To initiate the cancellation process, please contact our customer service team at farms@sovereignhm.com.

  • Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm the effective cancellation date and any applicable charges.

  • Please ensure that all outstanding payments are settled before the cancellation is finalized.
